flip flops
120 water balloons

Total cost for this project:

flip flop $1 (at Walmart, Target or Old Navy)
water balloons (we got 2 packages at Dollar Tree)
Final Cost $3.00

We are totally obsessed with Disney Descendants! So when we watched how to make the bead bracelet that the characters where in the show (especially Mal), we thought we’d give it a try! Let me tell you, it’s super EASY!! We had so much fun making these, that we made them for our teachers for Teacher Appreciate Day!
